7 THINGS NOT TO SAY ON A DATE WITH A FEMALE CROSSFIT ATHLETE
You must have tired of reading around here that “the strong is the new sexy”. This phrase became popular when women, crossfit athletes or other modalities who developed their muscles through training, positioned themselves in favor of freedom and autonomy over the body, against the idea of the “masculine” body.
What shouldn’t a man say on a date with a crossfitter woman? Check-out:
1 – IT IS STRONGER THAN WOMEN SHOULD BE
This is one of the main prejudices that a crossfitter woman is used to suffering.
2 – CAN I TOUCH YOUR MUSCLES?
Whether muscular or not, the body will always belong to the other person and, unless you both agree, it’s not ideal to ask to touch it. In the case of a female crossfit athlete, especially.
3 – HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU SPEND AT THE GYM?
Enough to be able to feel good and meet the goals. Crossfit athletes are inside the box, because that is their will or even their profession, so being there is not an effort, an act against one’s will or selfishness.
4 – IS IT STRONGER THAN ME?
Don’t ask what you don’t want to hear. Regardless of the answer, it’s okay for women to be stronger than men.
5 – YOUR HANDS ARE VERY CALLED!
Fruit of your hard work during training. Just like anyone who works hard while in the box, women are subject to calluses, open hands, and all the other “battle marks.” And you are mistaken if you think that only they can treat calluses.
6 – YOUR FATHER OR YOUR BROTHER WHO TEACHED YOU HOW TO TRAIN?
Don’t. Who taught a female crossfit athlete how to train was her first (or her first) coach.
7 – I WOULD NOT DATE SOMEONE STRONGER THAN ME
If you say so, women can make your life easier and do you this favor.
