FIT BANANA CAKE: HEALTHY AND FUNCTIONAL RECIPE FOR SPORTSMEN

A conventional banana cake, one of those delicious ones, but full of sugar, can end up nullifying all the nutrients and good functions that the fruit presents. One way to still consume the product and benefit from the food is to bet on a fit banana cake, a recipe that replaces some food villains with other ingredients.

Although there are foods that have more potassium than the banana, it has the nutrient in large quantities, and this mineral can help regulate body fluids, preventing cramps and ensuring the proper functioning of the muscles. The fruit is a great ally of athletes around the world, and can be consumed in different ways.

Another ingredient in this banana fit cake recipe is almond, which may surprise you for its functionality in the body. She helps ensure satiety, control diabetes and appetite.

“It can be said that it is a very energetic recipe, containing carbohydrates from fruits, in this case bananas, and also contains more greasy flours to be able to balance with carbohydrates and provide greater satiety”, comments the sports nutritionist from CareClub, Carolina Moreno.

Despite being healthy, consumption should be moderate, added the nutritionist, warning of the dangers of eating a very large amount of sweets, even in healthier versions.
